Job Summary
As an Administrative Assistant Drops::AccountDrop, you will support the Director and Assistant Director in managing the day-to-day operations of the center while providing professional administrative support. 
 
Responsibilities 
  • Assist with ensuring the health & safety of all children and staff. 
  • Perform administrative duties, including enrollment and tours; maintain staff and child files, answering phones, responding to emails, and other administrative responsibilities 
  • Manage and maintain a neat/organized workspace
  • Provide assistance to prospective and enrolled families
  • Maintain and enforce state licensing regulations and policy compliance
  • Facilitates and maintains childcare licensing standards
  • Provide support where needed throughout the center
 
Qualifications
  • High school diploma
  • Minimum of (years) experience working in a licensed childcare facility
  • Minimum of (years) in an administrative role  
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Energetic and Flexible
  • Shows initiative; strong work ethic
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • CPR and First Aid Certified (preferred)
  • Must pass a criminal background check
 

Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
