Position Overview: This position supports the USARC Psychological Health Program as an Administrative Assistant (AA).  KSA Integration is seeking two (2) Administrative Assistants (AA) to  provide administrative coordination and support for the U.S. Army  Reserve Command (USARC) Psychological Health Program (PHP). AA positions are assigned to the 63rd Readiness Division (Ft. Cavazos, TX) and the  81st Readiness Division (Gary E. Foster AFRC, Spartanburg, SC). AAs  serve as the administrative hub of their regional PHP team, supporting  RDPHs, NCMs, and the RDPH-TL with program coordination, recordkeeping,  reporting, and liaison functions. This position is subject to the  Service Contract Labor Standards (SCLS) Wage Determination for the applicable regional division.

Job Type: Full-time / Non-Exempt (SCA/SCLS Wage Determination applies) | Limited travel; Battle Assembly weekend availability may be required

Anticipated Start Date: TBD (contingent upon contract award) 


Position Responsibilities: 

  • Serve as the administrative point of contact for PHP programs within the assigned regional division; facilitate, track, and report program results and data. 
  • Coordinate and consult with RC leadership on behavioral health case management and psychological health administrative matters. 
  • Plan and coordinate regional case management meetings; prepare agendas, take minutes, and distribute summaries. 
  • Provide verbal reports of significant events to COR within one day and written summaries within one week. 
  • Manage calendars, scheduling, and logistics for RDPH, NCM, and RDPH-TL staff. 
  • Maintain  case records, credentials files, and documentation in compliance with  applicable regulations and DHAPM 6025.13, Volume 4. 
  • Prepare, edit, and submit monthly MSRs, training certificates, and other required deliverables to the COR on schedule. 
  • Serve as installation access coordinator; assist staff with CAC processing, visitor access requests, and installation pass management. 
  • Support data entry and management in program information systems; maintain PII safeguards per DoD Directive 5400.11. 
  • Provide excellent customer service to Soldiers, families, and RC personnel seeking program information or referrals. 

Requirements

 


  • High school diploma or equivalent required. 
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant administrative or office support experience. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace. 
  • Experience managing multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment; strong organizational and communication skills. 
  • Clear FBI/state background check required. 
  • U.S. citizenship or authorized work status; ability to obtain CAC (Tier 1 investigation). 

Preferred Skills/Experience: 

  • Some college coursework or vocational training in business administration, office management, or a related field. 
  • Experience supporting DoD programs, military units, or federal government contracts. 
  • Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) credential.
