Position Duties

*Provides administrative support and assistance to the Liberal Arts division staff and faculty
*Corresponds with internal and external customers providing accurate information
*Assists with preparing, reviewing, and submitting travel expense reports
*Schedules and arranges meetings and coordinates necessary materials and location details with events sta?
Works closely with sta? from the Liberal Arts and Math and Sciences divisions to prepare and maintain student records
Supports continuous improvement of processes and participates in college or department committees
Assists with ordering supplies and maintaining inventory as needed
Assists with preparation of faculty workload calculations
Records meeting minutes
Facilitates pick-up/delivery of mail; screens, prioritizes, and processes mail
Minimum Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 20 pounds of equipment
Must be self-motivated
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
Must be able to perform all responsibilities in a timely manner
Must have excellent communication skills: listening, speaking, and writing
Proven ability to manage time effectively and consistently meet deadlines
Ability to travel to multiple campuses on occasion as required
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma
Two (2) years of administrative or clerical work experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
Preferences:
Associate's Degree
