Job Description

  • Typing and processing timeshare contracts.
  • Processes, scan and mail sales contract paperwork to include any changes to contracts.
  • Cancellation letters and updating automatic payments, addendums and other customer correspondence.
  • Demand letters to customers for late payments.
  • Perform daily tasks to ensure the efficiency of the administration office. 
  • Processing all aspects of sales agreements and changing any modifications on sales.
  • Communicating with managers, sales personal and customers.
  • Handle customer service inquiries, after sales are completed to include assisting customers with general questions 
  • Process payments on sales.
  • Obtains equities from current timeshare mortgages in preparation for potential sales upgrades.
  • Contact other company offices to ascertain if customer payments, late fees on maintenance and taxes are current in terms of payment to check for upgrade.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Computer knowledge, Microsoft Office, Word and Excel.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to learn and use internal company software for contracts.
  • Accuracy of data entry is essential.
  • Must have excellent verbal and communication skills.
  • Must be dependable. 
  • May be required to work weekends, holidays and extended hours, if needed.
  • Ability to read, analyze contract documentation following organizational protocols to meet business goals.
  • Ability to write, read, effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, and customers.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and interact others through the use of telephones and in-person.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Ability to efficiently, learn new software.

Schedule:
Friday-Tuesday. Varying Hours; 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm, or 11am-7pm.
Education:
High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Physical Requirements

Sitting, standing, typing, writing, reaching, bending, walking, climbing, carrying, kneeling, handling, pushing, pulling. The person will be sitting for periods of time but needs to be able to access office machines and filing cabinets, etc. Must be able to use a calculator, count money by hand, use a copier, printer, fax machine, email, type. The employee may be lifting up to 15 lbs.
