MDRT is seeking an Academy Administrative Assistant who will provide essential operational, administrative and member support to ensure a seamless experience for Academy members, sponsors and internal stakeholders. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail and a proactive, service-oriented mindset.

• Member Support and Communication

• Administration Coordination

• Documentation and Reporting

• Data Management and Records

• Event, Webinar and Committee Support

• Shipping, Inventory and Fulfillment

• Financial and Enrollment Support
