We are looking for a part-time administrative assistant for the Adult Clinical Services team in Goshen.

What You Will Do as an Administrative Assistant: 

There are a wide variety of Administrative Assistant positions at Oaklawn, starting at $17.04 hr., most include:
  • Answering phone and handling messages
  • Making appointments and schedules
  • Greeting and directing visitors and clients
  • Operating office equipment
  • Supporting team members with various needs and requests

We are looking for the following persons:
  • Candidates who are bilingual. 
  • Those who have at least a High School Diploma or equivalent. 
  • Those with office experience or those who are ready and willing to learn
  • Those who would like to learn the skills involved in supporting the healthcare industry through the provision of mental health and substance use treatment
  • Those who love working in a supportive team environment
