We are currently seeking a professional, organized, and dependable Administrative Assistant / Office Manager to support the daily operations of our busy office environment. The Administrative Assistant / Office Manager provides essential support to management and staff by ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and team members.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Answering incoming phone calls in a professional manner
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Ordering and maintaining office supplies and inventory
  • Assisting with scheduling, filing, and administrative support tasks
  • Maintaining organization and efficiency within the office environment
  • Supporting management and staff with day-to-day operational needs
  • Providing excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and vendors
  • Helping coordinate office activities and general administrative processes
