Job Description

Seeking professional and experienced Administrative Assistant to work in our IT Department. Responsibilities include bill coding/budget review, prepare meeting agendas and minutes, maintain vendor records and relationships. Candidate will coordinate meetings and department events and collaborate with IT staff with projects, as necessary. Successful candidate must have strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, superior Internet research experience and possess good knowledge of computer applications in a modern office environment. Advanced Microsoft Office skills with a focus on Excel required. Salesforce experience is a plus. Salary: $24.00- $30.00 per hour
