Salary Range: Paid per the Clerical Agreement, Level VII

Hours/day:  8 hours (1.0 FTE)

Days/year:  Pro-rated on approximately 206 days/year

Start Date: 8/17/2026

Closing Date: 6/26/2026  -Candidates will be reviewed upon submission with selection starting no sooner than five days following the posting.  The position will remain open until a suitable candidate has been found. 

Student Level: Elementary

Position Summary: 
Performs intermediate administrative support work maintaining state mandated system and student records, answering phones, greeting visitors, maintaining and updating teachers, room numbers and class information, and related work as apparent or assigned. Work is performed under the limited supervision of the Building Principal.

Education and/or Experience: 
Associates/Technical degree and considerable experience working as an administrative assistant, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
