Property Management, Inc. (PMI) has a rare opportunity for a motivated individual looking to join a growing company as an employee owner. PMI manages over $4 billion of real estate assets and has over 30,000 customers and 360 clients. We are currently searching for one full-time Administrative Assistant to join our team at Briarcrest Gardens Apartments in Hershey, PA. This position will provide administrative and operational support to a large apartment community by managing resident communications, coordinating office tasks, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth day-to-day leasing office functions.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact, delivering exceptional customer service to residents, prospects, visitors, and vendors. 
  • Manage high-volume phone, email, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. 
  • Support daily resident needs, including work orders and general communication. 
  • Assist leasing team with apartment tours, showcasing community features and amenities while ensuring Fair Housing compliance. 
  • Help coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including applications, lease paperwork, and inspections. 
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning, and mail distribution. 
  • Maintain organized office systems to support leasing and management operations. 
  • Assist with planning and promoting resident events to enhance community engagement. 
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to schedule services and ensure smooth operations. 
  • Follow company policies, Fair Housing regulations, and confidentiality standards.
  • Provide general support to the leasing office and assist with additional duties as needed.
