A Bit About the Role

  • Must be motivated and reliable, with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Posess strong understanding of the importance of creating and maintaining positive relationships within your department and the company overall
  • Must also be able to work independently with strong multitasking, time-management, and prioritization skills
  • Provide administrative support including a wide variety of duties comprising of:
    • Answering phones, data entry, scanning, managing correspondence, management of daily calendar, scheduling on/off site meetings
    • Other duties as assigned

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support or office assistant role
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in property management or similiar experience
  • 3 years experience in drafting legal documents, preferred
  • Strong job tenure, with a history of sustained employment with prior employers
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Great attention to detail in typing and proofing written materials
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines while working on multiple projects
  • Strong phone voice and communication skills both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
  • In-Office Monday-Friday (not remote)
  • No third parties
