As the Administrative Assistant - River Falls, you’ll keep our River Falls office running at full speed—supporting customers and teammates while protecting accuracy, cash controls, and compliance. This entry-level, onsite, full-time role (Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM) pays $19.00–$20.00/hour.Key responsibilities include customer/employee support via phone, email, fax, and in person; data entry for inventory, accounts, invoices, and reports; maintaining files and ordering supplies; reconciling route collections and preparing bank deposits; completing A/P, A/R, petty cash, and purchase orders; and supporting safety tracking and hiring paperwork.
Required skills/qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
- Customer-service communication (written and verbal)
- Multi-line phone and office equipment experience
- Basic accounting and confidentiality/discretion
