We are a Tempe-based Safety & Promotional Marketing Company located just west of Downtown Tempe and ASU! We are an exciting, fast-paced company and expanding rapidly!
The Administrative Support Team Member provides essential support to the Accounting Department and Sales Team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: performing routine clerical and bookkeeping tasks such as accounts receivable and accounts payable duties, communicating with customers via email and phone, scanning paperwork, retrieving packets, and assisting the front office with accounting matters.

Training will be provided for all Sportex-specific software and accounting procedures.
We are currently implementing NetSuite CRM/ERP, so please indicate if you have experience with this platform.
Requirements
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to use or quickly learn our CRM/ERP system (NetSuite)
Basic experience with Excel, Word, and Outlook
Excellent organizational, communication, and multi-tasking skills
Working knowledge of basic accounting functions including bill payment, accounts receivable, accounts payable, account reconciliation, and auditing
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
