Job Summary
Star Academy, a non-profit, non-public school located in San Rafael, CA, serving students with learning differences in grades 3 through post-secondary, is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant / Front Office Coordinator to join our collaborative and highly supportive team.

Star Academy is a recognized leader in the Bay Area in educating students with learning differences, including dyslexia, executive functioning deficits, dyscalculia, auditory processing challenges, dysgraphia, ADHD, and Autism. Our team of highly skilled teachers and specialists provide an individually tailored educational program that gives each student the skills, knowledge, and confidence they need to experience academic success and find joy in learning.

Position Overview
The Administrative Assistant / Front Office Coordinator serves as a central member of the administrative team and helps ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the school. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, excellent attention to detail, professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced educational environment.

The successful candidate will be highly collaborative, proactive, and comfortable interacting with students, families, teaching staff, specialists, transportation providers, and outside agencies.
