- Manage daily office operations and ensure a welcoming environment for staff and families.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings for the educational team.
- Maintain accurate records and files, both digital and physical, for easy access.
- Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
- Support the enrollment process by managing inquiries and maintaining student databases.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist in organizing events and activities that enhance the learning experience.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office supply management.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office equipment.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in early childhood education settings is a plus but not required.
- Positive attitude and a passion for supporting children's learning and development.
Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
