Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and personable Administrative Assistant to support office operations, onboarding/offboarding processes, benefits, and mortgage banking re-certifications.


This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping processes organized while also interacting professionally and positively with staff and partners. The right candidate is structured, dependable, and proactive — but also approachable and easy to work with.


You will play an important role in ensuring internal processes run smoothly and deadlines are met with accuracy and care.


In Office Position

Responsibilities

  • Manage and track employee onboarding/offboarding documentation
  • Assist with mortgage banking re-certifications and compliance requirements
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
  • Monitor deadlines and follow up to ensure documentation is completed on time
  • Serve as a friendly and professional point of contact for internal staff and external partners
  • Support day-to-day office administrative functions
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and organization

Qualifications

  • Prior administrative or office support experience required
  • Benefits administration and/or HR background highly preferred
  • Experience in mortgage, banking, compliance, or financial services strongly preferred
  • Comfortable learning new systems and adapting to structured processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to balance attention to detail with strong interpersonal skills
  • Associate’s degree preferred but not required
