Wonderland Tire is a successful, multi-location, family-owned-and-operated company that has been in business since 1978. We are growing and have a full-time opening for an Administrative Assistant at our location in Appleton, WI.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Assisting with billing and other paperwork
  • Greeting customers and answering phones
  • Quoting and selling tire/mechanical services using our computer system
  • Other administrative tasks as needed
Preferred qualifications:
  • Detail-oriented
  • Very organized
  • Good communication skills
  • Comfortable interacting with customers
  • Good computer skills
  • Previous automotive industry experience is a plus
