Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide autonomous administrative support for a dedicated team and manager.
  • Organize the office, assist to optimize procedures, sort and distribute communications (i.e. inbound/outbound correspondence, visitors, effective information flow).
  • Handle administrative requests and queries, and organize/schedule appointments, plan meetings and take minutes.
  • Take over time and travel management, and travel expenses for team members or manager.
  • Coordinate with other departments, and/or maintain relationships with external parties as involved (i.e. suppliers, customers, authorities).
  • Create and update records to ensure accuracy and validity of information, and assist in the preparation of qualified reports or presentations.
  • Support team events with organizational and logistical efforts to enhance engagement and promote corporate culture.
  • Implement best practices in administrative processes by continuously evaluating workflows and proposing improvements to enhance overall team productivity.

Your Qualifications

  • Associate degree in a business-related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative function.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication ability (written & verbal).
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability and willingness to professionally represent Schaeffler in all settings.
  • Ability to prioritize and make decisions.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship.
