    JOB GOAL:

    To act as confidential receptionist to office and staff, to assure the efficient operation of the site and contribute to the effective, prompt and courteous handling of all inquiries and visitors

     

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    1. High School diploma or equivalent.
    2. General clerical skills.
    3. Exceptional public relations skills.
    4. Ability to handle office environment.
    5. Must pass a background check.
    6. Must obtain an Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card

    TERM OF EMPLOYMENT: 228 days; 11 months

    COMPENSATION:  Per QCUSD salary schedule for applicable position

    BENEFITS: As per QCUSD District policy

    REPORTS TO:  Principal

    HOURS: 40 hours per week - Monday-Friday 7 a.m.-3:30 p.m.

    CLASSIFICATION: Hourly, Non-exempt 


     
     

    PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES

    Responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to, the following:

    1. Directly support the Counseling Department
    2. Place and receive telephone calls and record messages
    3. Greet students and schedule appointments for counselors
    4. Assist in office with parent appointments, calls, etc
    5. Screen unexpected callers in accordance with pre-determined procedures
    6. Support our College and Career Department as needed
    7. Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all aspects of school business.
    8. Operate office equipment
    9. Maintain a regular filing system, as well as a set of locked confidential files, and process correspondence as instructed
    10. Perform other duties as assigned
