Description
We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable Administrative Coordinator to provide support to multiple departments in our office. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a willingness to learn new processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Field calls to the appropriate team members.
- Learn and assist with wholesale operations.
- Provide administrative support to Branch Manager.
- Help with project coordination, tracking, and documentation.
- Perform other general office duties as needed.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, email, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with general office procedures.
- Previous experience providing administrative or project management support helpful.
Summary
Compensation & Benefits
- $25.00-32.00 per hour, full time, dependent upon experience
