Job Description

Employment Type: Full-Time or Part -Time

Pay Range: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma/equivalent (related education preferred) 
  • 1+ year administrative experience (healthcare/clinical preferred) -
  • Medical Assistant certification preferred 
  • Strong organizational skills
  • English fluency; bilingual candidates encouraged

Key Responsibilities

Office & Administrative Support

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment
  • Monitor and manage office and medical supply inventory
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming calls appropriately
  • Greet and assist patients, staff, and visitors in a professional manner
  • Perform data entry, scanning, filing, and document management
  • Support daily office operations to ensure efficiency and workflow continuity

Medical Orders & Documentation Support

  • Process, track, and document medical orders accurately and in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with clinicians, pharmacies, laboratories, and other healthcare providers
  • Maintain accurate patient records in electronic and/or paper systems
  • Ensure all medical documentation is complete, compliant, and properly filed
  • Follow up on pending orders and communicate updates to appropriate team members
