Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma/equivalent (related education preferred)
- 1+ year administrative experience (healthcare/clinical preferred) -
- Medical Assistant certification preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- English fluency; bilingual candidates encouraged
Key Responsibilities
Office & Administrative Support
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment
- Monitor and manage office and medical supply inventory
- Answer, screen, and route incoming calls appropriately
- Greet and assist patients, staff, and visitors in a professional manner
- Perform data entry, scanning, filing, and document management
- Support daily office operations to ensure efficiency and workflow continuity
Medical Orders & Documentation Support
- Process, track, and document medical orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Coordinate with clinicians, pharmacies, laboratories, and other healthcare providers
- Maintain accurate patient records in electronic and/or paper systems
- Ensure all medical documentation is complete, compliant, and properly filed
- Follow up on pending orders and communicate updates to appropriate team members
