Position Overview: 
As an Administrative Office Assistant, you will be an asset to all agents and staff, assisting with scheduling, phone calls, paperwork, data entry, filing, and general office assistance.

This position requires someone with excellent organizational skills who is comfortable in a fast-paced professional setting. High quality customer service is also a priority!

Responsibilities: 
  • Assisting agents and office staff with general administrative and customer service needs.
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Handle inbound and outbound phone calls with a positive and pleasant attitude.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Assisting clients with inquiries, updates, and renewals as needed.
  • Investigating and resolving customer issues or concerns with empathy and professionalism.
