Duties

You will provide critical analysis and engineering support oversight for surface ship weapon and sensor installation programs, including SPQ-9B, NSSMS, RAM, GWS, and others.,You will monitor the execution of Customer Advocate (CA) budgets, managing Purchase Requests (PRs), and ensure the accurate placement of Direct Cite and Reimbursable funding.,You will align milestones with CA-negotiated funding timelines and ensure that all programmatic execution remains synchronized with mission-critical cost, schedule, and performance goals.,You will evaluate financial metrics to safeguard contract health and provide essential support to the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR).,You will develop and track Corrective/Preventive Action Request (CAR) reports, while analyzing contractor Limitation of Funds statements to identify root causes and provide actionable recommended solutions for leadership.,You will serve as a liaison for a diverse stakeholder group that includes Branch Managers, Logistics Leads, Systems Engineers, OSICs, AITMs, and Sponsors.,You will manage contract performance to ensure schedule, budget, and product deliveries are in accordance with governing policies, regulations, and contract requirements.,You will analyze ship combat system integration in the area of electronics and electrical systems as well as the installation and checkout of radar systems.,You will carry out system requirements, processes, design, construction, evaluation, integration, testing milestones and standard shipyard/shipboard industrial practices and procedures.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-05 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-13 and GS-14. This position is covered by the Department of Defense Priority Placement Program. Additional vacancies may be filled by this announcement.
