Management Level:

P1

SUMMARY: This position is responsible for validating deductions and coding if valid in SAP systems while maintaining appropriate approvals. Able to work alongside management team while performing assigned tasks and reporting. Admin needs strong ability to keep organized as balances are reported on by management. Need the ability to meet deadlines without monitoring. Consolidate weekly inventory to account for all products on site and off site. Update weekly P&L based on inventory completion and corporate input. Maintain accurate records of packaging inventory and usage.

Admin will be cross trained across multiple positions within department.

Schedule: Monday – Friday 3:00pm – 11:30pm, Saturdays/Overtime coverage as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Experience: 1 plus years of office experience required; Accounting experience preferred

  • Computer Skills: Basic computer skills including generating simple spreadsheets; Microsoft Office programs; knowledge of Tyson Systems, SAP preferred

  • Communication Skills: Must possess excellent written and verbal communication.

  • Special Skills: Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills;
    Data entry experience; Strong Communication skills

INTERNAL REQUIREMENTS 

Excellent attendance - (6 points or less)

Excellent disciplinary record - (Cannot have any suspensions in the last 12 months)
