CareCore at Lakeridge is seeking an experienced Admissions & Marketing Director to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio.

This role is responsible for driving census growth, managing the referral process, and building strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, and community partners. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of long-term care, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming referrals and admissions process from start to finish
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, case managers, and community partners
• Conduct on-site and off-site marketing efforts to drive census growth
• Verify insurance, complete pre-certifications, and ensure timely admissions
• Collaborate with clinical and leadership teams to ensure smooth transitions for new residents
• Maintain accurate referral logs and reporting

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Admissions, Marketing, or Business Development in long-term care required
• Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) or similar systems preferred
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
