Communicates with customers and/or health care professionals to gather personal, demographic, financial, insurance and equipment information required to complete registration for outpatient, inpatient or equipment services, medical records, and insurance certification, verification, and billing/claim submission.

Deonstrates written, interpersonal, and communication skills as appropriate to the position
Desired Qualifications:
Knowledge of medical terminology and diagnostic procedures
Knowledge of insurance certification requirements
Working knowledge of healthcare registration procedures
