Requirements

  • Previous experience as an Admissions Director or in a related role in LTC sales/marketing

  • Proven track record of success in admissions and business development

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions

  • Familiarity with rehabilitation services and patient care
