We are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join one of the nation’s most integrated healthcare systems, with over 1,400 providers in Indianapolis, IN. This opportunity is located at Community Hospital North in Indianapolis, IN.

 

Highlights
Community Physician Network is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our Breast Care practice in Indianapolis, IN. Community Breast Care is the leading accredited breast health center serving the region and provides the most fully comprehensive breast care services and compassionate state-of-the-art care. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills and be dedicated to delivering high quality patient care.

  • Full time day opportunity

Experience

  • Experience with women’s health and/or breast cancers as an advanced practice provider is highly preferred.

Licensure & Certification

  • Educational background consistent with requirements for licensure and certification within the state of Indiana.
