The Advertised Price Coordinator is responsible for all promotional and advertised prices for beer, wine, and spirits are accurately planned, executed, and maintained across the retail chain.

This role manages the process for weekly changes, promotions and signage, and retailer marketing campaigns by coordinating with Marketing, Purchasing, Suppliers, and Stores.

The coordinator ensures that all advertised prices accurately reflected in store and online systems, and executed on time to support sales and margin goals.

This is a hybrid role requiring team members to work onsite at our Store Support Center located in Orlando, FL, every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, with remote flexibility on remaining workdays.

Responsibilities:

  • Working with the pricing team to enter key sales and new retail prices.
  • Assisting stores with any issues they come across with pricing.
  • Ensure advertised prices are accurately reflected across POS, signage, and website.
  • Maintain and assist with reporting as needed.
  • Conduct routine inspections to confirm compliance with internal processes.
  • Document and report any incidents or deviations from protocol to senior management.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, automate processes, or improve accuracy.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Must be 21 years of age or older.

  • An associate’s degree in Business is required; a BS/BA in business or marketing is preferred.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
  • Experience with MS Suite products such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and pricing software products.
  • Escalate complex issues to Pricing, IT, or Marketing when needed and follow through until resolution.
  • Document correspondence with stores, field management, and SSC Team Members.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 - 3 years experience in purchasing or retail pricing.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving number concept skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the liquor retail industry.

Physical Requirements: (With or Without Accommodations)

  • Continuously: Work at a computer workstation with repetitive hand and wrist movements
  • Frequently: Sit or stand at a workstation for extended periods.
  • Occasionally: Lifting and/or transporting up to 20 lbs. throughout the necessary location.
  • Occasionally: Stand and move within the office environment.
  • Frequently: Operate standard office equipment (computer, phone, printer, copier).
  • Frequently: Communicate effectively (see, hear, speak) in person and via phone or video conferencing
  • Occasionally: Travel to and from work site locations as needed to meet project demands.

Vision Requirements: (With or Without Accommodations)

  • Frequently: Clarity of vision at approximately 20 inches or less (i.e., working with small objects or reading small print), including use of computers.

Work Environment:

This role is based in a professional office environment within the Store Support Center (SSC) and operates in a hybrid work arrangement, with time split between working onsite and remotely as business needs require. The work environment is primarily indoors and includes the following activities:

  • Continuously: Sitting or standing while at a computer workstation.
  • Frequently: Using standard office equipment (computers, phones, printers, video conferencing tools)
  • Frequently: Team Members may collaborate with cross-functional partners in person and virtually.
