HIgh School diploma, or equivalent

Experience in sales, business development, or leadership roles highly recommended.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills to engage with clients and team members.

A goal-driven, self-motivated mindset with the ability to work independently.

A General Lines insurance license in Texas (or willingness to obtain)
