Salary Range: $150,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year

Requirements

* Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for leadership and business development

* Proven experience in sales, customer service, or management preferred

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills

* Ability to build trust and rapport with clients and team members

* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable

* Must be able to obtain a Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance license

-Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required

-Residency in or around the Greater San Antonio Area

Responsibilities

-Develop and execute strategies to launch and grow your own Farmers Insurance agency

-Lead and build your own high-performing sales team

-Generate new business through networking, marketing, and community involvement

-Develop and maintain long-term client relationships by providing exceptional service

-Offer tailored insurance solutions across multiple lines (auto, home, life, commercial, etc.)

-Oversee daily operations, sales planning, and performance metrics for continued growth

-Engage in ongoing training and professional development through Farmers industry-leading programs
