The AI Enablement Analyst will help provide analysis and own AI applications being deployed within the Firm. This role will assist the firm to maximize value from significant AI investments by coordinating day-to-day platform management, tracking product roadmaps and changes, supporting end-user adoption, and helping align new capabilities with business needs, governance, and technology standards.

What an AI Enablement Analyst does at Cravath:
- Owns the Firm’s core AI legal applications, with secondary responsibility for other enterprise AI tools;
- Serves as the primary point of contact for attorney inquiries about core AI legal applications — triaging questions, troubleshooting usage issues, and escalating to the vendor or internal teams as needed;
- Stays current on product releases, feature launches, and licensing changes, and translate what's new into clear guidance for attorneys and firm leadership;
- Partners with IT, KM, Innovation, Security, Risk, and business stakeholders on adoption and use-case development;
- Coordinates testing and rollout of new features, integrations, and workflows;
- Tracks usage, adoption, feedback, and business value, and identify opportunities to improve return on investment;
- Maintains governance, documentation, policies, training materials, and support processes;
- Serves as a point of coordination with vendors, including issue management, meetings, and follow-up on open items;
- Supports evaluation of integrations with document systems, knowledge tools, Microsoft 365, and other firm platforms;
- Assists with communications, demos, and user enablement to drive responsible adoption;
- Identifies emerging AI tools and capabilities relevant to legal practice and firm operations; and
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience;
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a professional services environment;
- A general understanding of IT systems, networking and computer software;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and similar productivity tools;
- Experience in Legal, Financial or Technology Consulting industries preferred;
- Knowledge of Legal industry-specific software applications preferred, such as: document management, knowledge management, document review, contract analysis, enterprise search, time tracking, etc.);
- Strong communication, problem solving, time management, and teamwork skills;
- Ability to manage priorities and adjust projects based on customer or management feedback;
- Creativity, enthusiasm, strong analytical skills and eagerness to take on responsibility and learn new skills;
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic, 24x7 technology department; and
- Ability to work additional hours, as needed.
This position is located in our New York office, and currently has a hybrid work schedule, but that is subject to change. The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 to $140,000. The actual salary offered will be based on a wide range of factors, including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and where applicable, licensure or certification obtained. Market and Firm factors are also considered.
