All Saints, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Culinary Assistant to join our growing team!

All Saints Senior Living is located one mile off Highway 169 in Shakopee, Minnesota. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous 84-unit, apartment-style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living and Memory Care services. Position: Culinary Assistant/Server

Hourly: $15.50 - $20.50 hourly, depending on experience

Service Area: 1880 Independence Drive, Shakopee, MN 55379

Schedule: Shift options below

Option 1, 0.4 AM 7am-2pm - Week 1: Sunday and Monday / Week 2: Sunday and Monday (every other Sunday and Monday)

Option 2, 0.6 PM 4pm-7pm - Week 1: Thursday, Friday and Saturday / Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday

Option 3, 0.3 PM 4pm-7pm - Week 1: Monday and Wednesday / Week 2: Sunday

Position Duties & Responsibilities:

In this position, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation, distribution and supply of food and dishes to residents, families, and staff while creating an environment that promotes resident/resident well-being.  Duties include:   

  
  • Set up room trays and tables in dining room, serve and bus trays, pour and cover beverages, and assist in preparing and covering food.   
  • Transport carts to appropriate areas and deliver trays, when applicable.   
  • Deliver nourishments and snacks appropriately.   
  • Maintain a steady work pace to produce an adequate supply of clean kitchen utensils and dishes.   
  • Soak, scrub, scrape and wash soiled dishes.   

    
Preferred Qualifications:   
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.   
  • Experience in a senior living setting is preferred.   
  • Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident’s families, and employees.   
  • Must possess advanced computer skills.
