Your work will support everything from routine government procurements to rapid-response emergency needs. Youll help shape pricing strategies, maintain financial accuracy, and ensure our bids and contracts reflect the high standards AmeriQual is known for.    This is a role where your analytical skills directly support service members, disaster-relief efforts, and communities across the country.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

• You’ll have a direct impact on programs that support the U.S. military and emergency-response operations.

• You’ll work with a collaborative team that values accuracy, integrity, and continuous improvement.

• You’ll gain hands-on experience across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Government Programs.

• You’ll have opportunities to grow your financial, analytical, and government contracting expertise.

• You’ll be part of a stable, mission-driven company with a long history of supporting national needs.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain detailed pricing and cost models for government and military food and ration programs.

• Analyze commodity trends, cost drivers, and supplier data to support accurate and competitive pricing.

• Prepare, validate, and submit bids and proposals for federal and state procurements.

• Maintain historical pricing, bid strategies, and contract intelligence to guide future decisions.

• Support contract reporting, audits, and pricing justification reviews for internal and external requirements.

• Review performance-related charges, credits, and penalties to ensure accuracy.

• Assist with emergency and disaster-response pricing, including inventory monitoring and rapid-turn quote preparation.

• Partner with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Government Programs to ensure accurate and timely pricing deliverables.

• Jump in on other tasks as needed — we’re a team that supports each other.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).

• 2–5 years of experience in pricing analysis, financial analysis, or government contracting.

• Experience working with government, military, or regulated environments is a plus.

• Strong analytical skills — costing, margins, reconciliations, and data interpretation.

• Solid Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, cost modeling) and familiarity with ERP systems (Sage or similar).

• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.

• High attention to detail with strong documentation, compliance, and audit-readiness discipline.
