Job Description
This role would be a key hire to serve our customers through our Energy Benchmarking, Utility Management, and Compliance Service.

Responsibilities:
  • Utilization of company software systems to track, organize, and verify utility, energy, water data.
  • Energy data input.
  • Energy data extraction and organization.
  • Identify and resolve data issues and anomalies with utilities and customers
  • Customer onboarding and maintenance tasks.
  • Maintain external online data base access and resolve access issues
  • Coordinate EPA Energy Star Portfolio, and award platform submissions.
  • Receive and fulfill data requests.
  • Bill API processing.
  • Cross-functional project coordination and execution.
  • Energy compliance and submissions.
  • External coordination with vendors and utilities. Minimal customer facing duties

Knowledge & Skills:
  • Basic understanding of utilities and energy procurement (electric, natural gas, water).
  • Data entry experience.
  • Experience with excel.
  • Comfortable with software and web-based applications.
  • High accuracy and detail oriented.
  • Experience with EnergyCAP or other energy benchmarking software is a plus, but not required.
