Responsibilities The HR Operations Analyst is a full-time teammate on the Human Resources Operations team responsible for delivering a seamless and compliant onboarding experience for new teammates and contractors across Cordis. This role combines HR operations, onboarding coordination, HRIS administration, and process improvement responsibilities to support the end-to-end new hire lifecycle. The HR Operations Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring new teammates feel welcomed, supported, and prepared for success from day one. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, analytical, and experienced in HR systems and onboarding processes. This role serves as a key point of contact for new teammates, hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and shared services teams to ensure an exceptional onboarding experience while maintaining accurate employee data and compliance standards. HR Operations & HRIS Support Serve as a full-time teammate on the HR Operations team supporting Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and onboarding operations. Process employee and contractor transactions in HR systems, including hires, transfers, updates, and terminations. Maintain accurate employee data within HR platforms, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and confidentiality. Support HRIS processes and workflows within UKG and related systems. Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), including iCIMS, to validate candidate and onboarding information and ensure data accuracy between integrated systems. Assist with troubleshooting HRIS issues and partner with vendors and internal teams on enhancements, testing, and system updates. Monitor and respond to inquiries submitted through the HR shared mailbox, providing timely support to teammates, managers, and HR Business Partners. Onboarding Coordination Coordinate and manage the end-to-end onboarding experience for all new teammates and contractors. Manage candidate communication, including confirmations, follow-ups and logistics. Align new hire orientation logistics and support new teammates through first-day processes. Coordinate pre-employment and onboarding requirements, including background checks, I-9 verification, eVerify, and required documentation. Process I-9 verification through the Guardian platform and ensure compliance with federal employment eligibility requirements. Partner with hiring managers and other HR teams to ensure onboarding tasks are completed on schedule. Track onboarding progress and proactively resolve delays or issues impacting the onboarding experience. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent work experience considered. 2+ years of experience supporting HR operations, onboarding coordination, or HRIS administration.
