Responsibilities
- Execute debt and tax equity financings by owning financial models, preparing transaction deliverables, and supporting due‑diligence activities across existing solar financing facilities.
- Support the structuring and negotiation of new solar financing arrangements, including tax equity, construction debt, term debt, and portfolio‑level facilities.
- Prepare investor and lender presentations, evaluate financing proposals, and coordinate with internal teams and external counterparties to ensure efficient and timely transaction closings.
- Produce periodic reports for management reporting, policy compliance, and performance evaluation.
- Collaborate closely with legal, structuring, construction, and engineering teams to ensure financing structures and timelines align with development requirements, construction schedules, and operational needs.
- Support annual rating agency review processes by preparing materials, managing data requests, and providing periodic business updates as needed.
- Prepare presentations and reports on financial strategy and work closely with senior management and internal teams to communicate insights and recommendations.

Qualifications:
- Advanced Excel skills required.
- Strong passion for and experience in renewable energy development.
- 2-3 years of relevant industry experience in project finance, leveraged finance, M&A, or renewable energy business development.
- Experience with detailed financial modeling for tax equity and debt transactions, as well as valuation of companies and markets.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
