Description

The Analytics and AI Developer is a highly technical role responsible for designing, developing, and supporting analytics solutions, data models, automation, and AI-driven capabilities across the organization. This position combines expertise in software development, data engineering, analytics, and artificial intelligence to improve operational efficiency, automate business processes, and deliver actionable insights.  The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with modern data and AI technologies, including SQL, Python, cloud data platforms, machine learning frameworks, APIs, and business intelligence tools. This role works closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to identify opportunities for automation, predictive analytics, and AI-enabled solutions.

 

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain analytics, reporting, and AI-driven applications. 
  • Build and optimize data pipelines, integrations, and automated workflows across multiple systems. 
  • Develop dashboards, KPIs, and self-service reporting solutions using modern BI tools. 
  • Create and support machine learning and AI solutions to improve decision-making and operational efficiency. 
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and business opportunities. 
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. 
  • Develop and maintain APIs and integrations between enterprise applications and analytics platforms. 
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, governance, and security across systems. 
  • Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot issues related to data quality, integrations, and analytics solutions. 
  • Document technical processes, architectures, and development standards. 
  • Support cloud-based analytics and AI platforms such as Snowflake, Agentforce, Co-Pilot, and others. 
  • Perform impact analysis for upstream and downstream data changes across integrated systems. 
  • Contribute to data governance initiatives, including defining standards, best practices, and data quality SLAs to support data security, compliance, and integrity as well as implement access control processes.  
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Manufacturing, Quality, Applications, and other business stakeholders to understand data requirements, and deliver effective solutions.  
  • Other duties as required.
    • Stay current with emerging AI, analytics, and automation technologies and recommend improvements.
    • Determine if any may fit or address a gap in the business
    • Test and evaluate potential candidates
    • Identify potential/new risks posed by other Company processes and technologies

 

Required Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. 
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in analytics, software development, data engineering, or AI-focused roles. 
  • Strong proficiency in Python and SQL. 
  • Experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Azure Synapse, AWS Redshift, or BigQuery. 
  • Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. 
  • Familiarity with AI and machine learning frameworks and tools. 
  • Experience working with APIs, ETL processes, and system integrations. 
  • Strong understanding of database structures, data modeling, and data governance. 
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. 

 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience with generative AI tools, LLMs, or AI automation platforms. 
  • Knowledge of data warehousing and modern data architecture concepts. 
  • Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems. 
  • Familiarity with warehouse management, supply chain, manufacturing, or ERP systems. 
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.
