Job Description

**HIRING FOR MULTIPLE LOCATIONS**

We are seeking experienced and driven AOG Technicians to join our Mobile Service Unit (MSU) team. In this high-impact role, you will respond to aircraft-on-ground (AOG) events, delivering rapid, on-site maintenance services to external customers across a variety of business and corporate aviation platforms. This is a 8-on / 6-off rotational position, offering a competitive hourly wage and the opportunity to make a direct impact on operational uptime.  

You’ll provide service across aircraft types including Gulfstream, Bombardier, Cessna, King Air, Embraer, and more.  

Essential functions

  • Rapidly deploy to AOG events and perform high-quality maintenance in the field  

  • Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies efficiently and in compliance with FAA and OEM requirements  

  • Communicate directly with external customers to manage expectations, scope of work, and completion timelines  

  • Accurately document all maintenance performed using internal systems  

  • Maintain readiness of assigned AOG vehicle, tools, and inventory  

  • Uphold a high standard of professionalism and customer service on-site  

  • Ensure all actions are performed with safety and regulatory compliance at the forefront.  

Required Skills and Abilities:   

  • Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills  

  • Clear, professional communication with external clients  

  • Proficiency with maintenance tracking software (CAMP, Corridor, Airtable, etc.)  

  • Ability to work independently and represent the company on-site  

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and customer-service focused  

Work Environment: 

  • Extended hours or weekend work may be required based on AOG demand and customer volume   

  • The role requires rapid response to aircraft AOG situations, sometimes in high-pressure or adverse conditions. PPE and safety protocols must be strictly followed.  

  • Travel to customer locations required 

Physical demands 

  • Ability to see and hear clearly   

  • Ability to read, comprehend, and speak English clearly   

  • Ability to climb, twist, bend, crouch, stoop, kneel, and crawl   

  • Ability to move in tight quarters   

  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods   

  • Ability to work in all weather conditions as needed   

  • Ability to regularly push/pull up to 70 pounds   

  • Ability to regularly lift/move up to 50 pounds   

Schedule and Compensation:   

  • Schedule: 8 days on / 6 days off   

  • Per Diem: A daily per diem of $66 will be provided to cover meals and incidental expenses. 

  • Additional: Company-provided uniforms, tools, laptop, and stocked MSU truck
