* Assist with integration and monitoring of supporting system processes, stored procedures, and third party solutions. Remediate and solve customer reported issues.

Position Duties
State Minimum Requirements: A high school diploma and work experience in the modification and maintenance of system programs, the design and development of system software, or the testing and debugging of system software. An associate's degree or a bachelor's degree in a related field may substitute for the required work experience.
Institutions of Higher Learning must be recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation.
Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience that demonstrates the required knowledge, skills, and abilities may be considered in meeting the minimum qualifications, subject to approval by the DPH Chief Human Resources Officer, or their delegate.
