We're seeking a Systems Analyst who will play a critical role in supporting enterprise applications, optimizing system performance, and driving technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency across the organization.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to work closely with business leaders, end users, Information Systems teams, and vendors while taking ownership of key applications and projects that support our continued growth and success.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for end-user support and system-related issues.
  • Lead projects and initiatives involving business applications and operational systems.
  • Coordinate and assist with system upgrades, integrations, and technical enhancements.
  • Analyze business processes and recommend technology solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Configure system settings, perform testing, and assist with implementation activities.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot complex system issues.
  • Collaborate with Information Systems, vendors, and business leaders to ensure seamless communication and support.
  • Develop and oversee end-user training, documentation, and communication plans.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure consistency across all operational sites.
  • Act as a liaison between application vendors and organizational stakeholders.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain all required gaming licenses.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to travel, including occasional overnight travel.
  • Availability to support varied shifts, weekends, holidays, and on-call needs as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Technology, Information Systems, Business Technology, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of progressive IT or systems-related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience supporting business applications, systems administration, or enterprise software solutions.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL.
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of leadership and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Experience leading system implementations, upgrades, or business process improvement initiatives.
  • Knowledge of application integrations and enterprise systems.
  • Experience providing end-user training and support.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
