Schell Brothers is looking for an Architectural CAD Designer to join our growing team in the residential construction industry. This full-time position includes the following responsibilities:
 
What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll support the full design and construction process, working closely with architects, engineers, and internal teams to create clear, accurate, and buildable documents. You’ll be responsible for:
  • Producing architectural designs and construction drawings
  • Developing floor plans, elevations, sections, and details
  • Preparing documents for permitting and approvals
  • Coordinating with Architects, Civil, Structural, and MEP engineers
  • Collaborating with teammates on design options and solutions
  • Managing multiple projects and deadlines
 
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who brings both technical skill and a team-first mindset.
Technical & Design Skills
  • Experience in residential design
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit
  • Working knowledge of building codes
  • Experience developing complete construction document sets
