  • Read and interpret complex architectural blueprints, shop drawings, and technical specifications

  • Perform takeoffs and prepare detailed, accurate project quotations

  • Estimate time and materials using established methods and Excel-based formulas

  • Collaborate directly with Architects to develop designs from concept to finished product

  • Work closely with customers to refine designs in accordance with architectural plans

  • Lead and coordinate projects across Production, Engineering, Sales, outside reps, and subcontractors

  • Solicit and qualify vendor and subcontractor quotes to secure competitive pricing

  • Anticipate customer needs and proactively resolve issues

  • Exercise sound judgment within company policies while working independently

🌟 Why This Role Is Different

  • You won’t just estimate — you’ll influence design.

  • You won’t just read drawings — you’ll help bring them to life.

  • You won’t just work at a desk — you’ll collaborate across departments and industries.

  • Every project is different. Every solution is custom. Every day is engaging.

If you enjoy technical problem-solving, precision, collaboration, and seeing a finished product that started as a drawing on your screen — this is your opportunity.

You’ll be at the intersection of creativity, technical expertise, and project leadership.
