What You’ll Do

Own the Market

  • Proactive Sales — Outside sales calls, site tours, presentations, and relationship‑building
  • Market Development — Target corporate, group, government, sports, crew, and project‑based business
  • Account Management — Grow key accounts and maintain strong partnerships across Mobile
  • Community Engagement — Represent our hotels with chambers, CVBs, associations, and civic groups

 

Drive Revenue

  • Brand Collaboration — Work within Hilton & IHG brand systems, tools, and standards
  • Revenue Strategy — Partner with GMs and Revenue Management to maximize occupancy and ADR
  • Sales Reporting — Weekly updates, pacing, competitive intel, and sales call documentation

 

Support the Team

  • Cross‑Functional Coordination — Work with Operations, Front Desk, and Accounting to support group execution and AR
  • Property Collaboration — Ensure communication flows between hotels, leadership, and corporate
