Job Description

$26.50/hr | Full-Time Opportunities | Professional Security Environment

OPS Security Group is hiring professional Enhanced Security Officers for a people-focused security role. This position is ideal for individuals with security, military, law enforcement, or high-contact customer service experience who can remain calm and professional in challenging situations.

Requirements

  • Valid PA Act 235 Certification

  • 3+ years of Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience

  • 3+ years of Customer Service experience

  • Strong communication and de-escalation skills

  • Reliable transportation

Preferred

  • Armed Security experience

  • Military or Law Enforcement background

  • Healthcare, shelter, or behavioral health experience

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and patrol for extended periods

  • Pass PAT:

    • 100-meter run in 66 seconds or less

    • 30 push-ups

    • 26 sit-ups
