Assistant Business Office Manager Responsibilities:
Manage patient accounts, including verifying insurance coverage, processing claims, and appeals
Process patient payments, including billing, collections, and adjustments
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports
Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements
Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow
