Summary
Responsibilities
- With limited oversight, complete a broad range of administrative tasks including extensive scheduling and calendaring meetings; complex domestic and international travel and composing and preparing correspondence and presentations.
- Maintain ongoing reports, update and organize shared drives/files as needed to support business activities, help track and drive completion of deliverables and follow up on outstanding items.
- Assist in planning and coordination of management and customer meetings, team events & offsites.
- Prepare and submit expense reports.
- Support ad hoc projects, assignments or other related duties as needed.
- Build rapport with key cross-functional stakeholders to serve as a catalyst around scheduling and inquiries/requests.
- Partner closely with other EA's to coordinate executive staff schedules and deliverables.
- Attend executive meetings when needed and follow-up with items or tasks.
- Research, prioritize and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the senior executive, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed or assigned.
Minimum Qualifications (required)
- 2+ years of experience in Administrative Assistance and Support
- High School diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications
- Experience providing executive level administrative support
- Strong organizational and time management skills; must be able to handle multiple time sensitive projects and prioritize heavy workload to complete projects on time.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.
- Professional, interpersonal and communication skills with high degree of integrity and confidentiality, ability to interact with all levels in the organization, customers and business partners.
- Self-starter, able to take initiative and ownership of projects and see through to completion with limited or no supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and sold proofreading and editing skills.
- Solid business acumen.
- Ability to effectively manage in a largely decentralized organization
- Ability to adapt to changing needs and expectations on a situational basis, and be prepared to handle urgent business matters as needed
- Ability to present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public

Physical Requirements
CHS offers a competitive total rewards package. Compensation includes base wage and, depending upon position, may include other earnings such as bonus, incentives and commissions. Actual pay offered will vary based on multiple factors which may include, without limitation, experience, education, training, specialized skills and certifications.
