What You�ll Do

• Support the daily operations of three restaurant outlets, ensuring smooth, efficient service
• Lead by example�training, coaching, and motivating service teams to deliver exceptional hospitality
• Step in to oversee full dining room operations in the absence of the F&B Director
• Ensure all service, product quality, and presentation meet Lodge standards
• Handle guest interactions with professionalism, including resolving concerns and elevating experiences
• Monitor cash handling, cleanliness, and sanitation standards to ensure compliance
• Assist with scheduling, inventory (including monthly uniform counts), and operational organization
• Contribute ideas to improve efficiency, boost sales, and enhance the overall guest experience
• Maintain strong communication across departments to keep operations running seamlessly

What You Bring

• Previous food & beverage leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including service standards and team development
• Working knowledge of financials like budgets, and cost controls
• A hands-on leadership style with a passion for hospitality
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
