Job Description

Leads by example, overseeing Front of House operations in the General Manager's absence. You will ensure impeccable service, maintain a positive culture, and drive guest satisfaction through coaching and accountability.


Key Responsibilities

Leadership: Manage FOH daily operations; conduct daily line-up meetings and uniform inspections.

Guest Experience: Perform table touches, handle complaints, and assist on the floor (hosting/serving) during peaks.

Administration: Manage reservations/capacity, manage document retention, receive orders, and coordinate with the General Manager to interview/hire new talent.

Accountability: Train new members, conduct evaluations, and coordinate with the General Manager for staff development.

Compliance: Monitor alcohol service and ensure all sanitation/food safety standards are met.


Requirements

At least 4 years of restaurant experience; 2 years of supervisory experience in high-volume settings.

High school diploma/GED.

Proficiency in POS systems; passion for food and wine pairings.

Ability to work under pressure and stand for long periods.

Schedule: 5 days per week, either from 7:00 am -- 3:00 pm OR 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm (must be available for weekends/holidays if needed).
