What You'll Do
As an Assistant Manager in Training, you'll partner with the Store Manager to lead daily operations while developing the skills needed to manage your own location.
Leadership & Store Operations
- Assist with daily store operations and overall branch performance.
- Help manage staffing, scheduling, and operational goals.
- Coach, train, and motivate team members.
- Lead by example while creating a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure company policies and compliance standards are followed.
- Serve as acting Store Manager when needed.
Customer Experience
- Deliver outstanding customer service.
- Build lasting relationships with customers.
- Resolve escalated customer concerns professionally.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming branch environment.
Inventory & Business Performance
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
- Conduct audits to ensure operational accuracy and compliance.
- Review reports and identify opportunities to improve sales and efficiency.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for confident, dependable leaders who enjoy helping customers while developing high-performing teams.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, sales, banking, or a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel preferred).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications
- Retail management or financial services experience.
- Experience hiring, training, coaching, or conducting performance reviews.
- Experience working with inventory systems, sales reports, or performance metrics.
